02 / Return concept
Seven-day draft
The current concept allows a return request within seven days of delivery for eligible, unworn items in original condition. Hygiene exclusions, instructions, and the final approval are still open.
03 / Live terms
Confirmation before launch
Merchant-approved Shopify Checkout terms will define delivery areas, rates, estimates, returns, and refunds before live orders are accepted. This page does not promise an automatic refund or a live payment outcome.
