Every piece is curated and made to order for you after purchase. Allow 7–10 days before dispatch, plus courier transit time. This is a lead-time estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

We don’t do shelves full of leftovers. Your pieces are made to order once you claim them—allow 7–10 days before dispatch; courier transit time is additional.

Delivery & refund requests
02 / Refund requests
Within 24 hours
You can request a refund within 24 hours of receiving your order. Contact us with your order number and the reason for your request. This is the request window, not the time for money to reach your bank. Your rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected.
03 / Payment verification
Confirmed before processing
Payments are checked manually. We process your order once your Bank Transfer or QRPH payment has been confirmed. Uploading a receipt helps us match your payment but does not itself confirm it.
