About these terms

This website is operated by Love, Aurora Company under the After Six brand (“After Six”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Products & pricing

All prices are in Philippine pesos (₱) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping fees are shown separately at checkout.

Our Complete Look bundles are sold at a fixed bundle price and include every listed piece: Complete Look 1 (set + robe), Complete Look 2 (set + chemise), and the Ultimate Complete Look (set + robe + chemise). You may choose a design for each piece from the available options. A bundle is available only when every piece is available in your selected size.

We work hard to show our products accurately, but colours, lace detail, and fit can look slightly different in person and on different screens. Product availability may change without notice. If we make an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount you have paid.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we have verified your payment and confirmed the order with you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund the amount paid.

Our pieces are made to order after you purchase. Please check your size using our size guide before ordering.

Payment

We accept manual payment by Bank Transfer and QRPH (payable with GCash, Maya, or any compatible banking app). Payment instructions and a receipt upload are shown on your order confirmation and order status pages. Your order is processed only after we confirm that the full amount has been received. Uploading a receipt there or on our payment proof page helps us match your payment, but it does not by itself confirm payment.

Only pay to the account details shown at our checkout. We will never ask you to pay to a personal account by message.

Shipping & delivery

We deliver within the Philippines. Please allow 7–10 days before dispatch, plus courier transit time. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping is ₱250 for merchandise subtotals below ₱2,999 and free from ₱2,999. See Shipping & returns for details.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Refund requests

You may request a refund within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting us with your order number and the reason for your request. For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method or another method we agree with you; the 24-hour window is the time to make a request, not the time for the refund to reach you.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Republic Act No. 7394, the Consumer Act of the Philippines, including your rights regarding defective or incorrect items.

Accounts & site use

If you create a customer account, keep your sign-in details secure and let us know of any unauthorised use. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Content

All content on this site, including the After Six name, photography, designs, and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, natural disasters, or network outages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We will try to resolve any concern with you directly first. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
